Level 70 to level 80 gears and enchantments?

I haven't logged in for more than a year. All of my characters are still level 70. What happen in level 80 now? Did NW recycle all the old BIS gears and enchantments?

    Undermountain will take you to level 80 and has gear you can pick up along the way.
