Cannot complete final quest of Fall in Avernus

1) Accept quest to speak to Alric at his parents' tombs
2) Speak to Alric
3) Read headstones
4) Speak to Alric again

Observed Result:
The journal prompt continues to say speak to Alric, but doesn't have any completion.

Expected Result:
Completion of quest/directions where to finish if not complete; awarded Seal ring

Since I couldn't complete it, I abandoned the quest, thinking that I would be given the quest again. I wasn't. So no ring.

You also need to speak to Alric's father ghost at the tombstones. Can take him a few secs to spawn
