Quest Bug: Pestilence Control

The chicken quest in Vallenhas is not working after I went into Bel. It worked fine beforehand as I had been at two of five Abyssal Chickens. Now it states, "You may slot a Invalid StaticDefine/Key power here" when you mouse over the power tray slot that you activate to reveal a chicken. I have tried abandoning the quest and repicking it up, but it doesn't fix it and still has the same error. I now cannot use the power on the chicken to reveal whether they are an abyssal chicken or not.

I have a screenshot of the error, if it is needed. I'm not sure how to post it though.

    Update: I left the area and returned to it. It seems to be displaying and functioning normally again???
