Dragonborn customization missing.

So Dragonborn (both regular and Metallic) don't have a head customization options anymore which means you can no longer select a "skin" color for them.

Apparently this has been an issue since Mod 17. It is now Mod 21 and still ongoing. This applies at least to Dragonborn, both genders. I do not have Metallic Dragonborn so I cannot test that race.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new character
2. Choose Dragonborn Race
3. Choose class. In my case, I chose Rogue
4. Choose ability scores. In my case, I chose power and dexterity.
5. Choose a preset character and click the customize tab
6. There are many tabs here with color picker boxes: Crest, Eyes, Brow Ridge and Facial Ridge. All of these only change the colors of their respective parts. There is no way to change the skin color, other than to choose one of 12 pre-sets.

What did I expect to happen: to have a color picker box somewhere to change the skin color, like all other races have, rather than be limited to the 12 pre-sets.

According to the OP and the feedback forum thread, the issue is that the head slot, which had only one option for Dragonborn (other races have several styles and three different ages per style), has been hidden. For other races, and for Dragonborn before this broke, the color picker box in the Head tab changes the skin color. Since the Head tab is no longer accessible, the color picker box has become hidden as well.
