So who in their right mind didn't consider the Helm Rotations that we all do when the cooldowns on R6 R7 promotion demoting was introduced in Mod 19?
I understand the protection from guild theft and on that I am in total agreement.
But,
We are now seriously messed up when rotations need to be in place
We need to be able to have the same functionality we have had before without the two week cooldowns,it stupid.
Many of my friends, myself and my Co guild leader included have all of our toons at R7 to make admin easier.
Why, because we have absolute trust and have been working as friends in Neverwinter for nearly five years.
Come devs, instigate some form of Helm rotation mechanic so we don't have to do the kick and reinvite but just a simple rearrange of the current alliance.
Then there won't be the R6 R7 cooldowns issue

To make things viable in my guild it will now take a year to demote all the r7's to 6.
Rediculous absolutely rediculous.
