Elven Battle Enchantment greatly increases control resistance, and it is therefore easy to see that some mob powers ignore control resistance

Examples of these powers:
"eye" stun applied e.g. by Arcturia
fear applied e.g. by Hellrider Narzugon

    Actually, that part of the Enchantment is bugged itself and doesn't work. All Elven Battle does for anyone is boost Stamina Regen. Also, the Control Resistance portion of Elven Battle Enchantment has been bugged for a long time.

    Not really, you can see that the control resistance works fine in some places, e.g. Castle Never

    The next ones that don't work:
    Soul-Infused Barlgura - Smash
    Demogorgon - Psychotic Break
