Where seal of crowns go?

The venders have all been removed, the payout of crown seals seems to have been removed.....but no exchange option for the ones in your inventory? So was the removal an accident?

    There is exchange option. You can exchange that (and all the older seals) to adventurer seal. You need to do that in PE. Not the regular seal vendor but the vendor on the other side of the market.
