Dune buggy quest broken

Went to New area on my wizard, did the quest line to get the dune buggy. Got dune buggy, did all the various parts of quest line, now it's telling me to explore the area on the buggy. No matter what I do it won't complete the quest. Can't enter the wandering bazaar. I dropped the quest picked it up again and I still have the same issue. Game breaking and frustrating. Unhappy wizard
