Like much of mod 16, the power changes placed more emphasis on renaming than reworking. People clamored for Fireball and after that was actually granted, someone suggested Lightning Bolt... but all we got was the dev renaming the old and worn out Sudden Storm, which used to actually chain on mastery, btw.
