Any time the Rusted Iron Leggings drop I sell those to the vendor. I wore them on my barbarian, until I found better. You need to offset the incoming healing far too much for those to be any good at all. Here are some of the armor builds I came up with;
Heavy Accuracy +7,350 (+7.4%)
Bone Harvester Hood
Clingy Leather Coat
Frenzy Mitts or Bralliel's Planar Bidings*
Armando's Dueling Boots
*I prefer the Frenzy Mitts power up effect and +980 Pen. The summoned demons vary too greatly, don't do a lot of damage, and will not fight or even distract a secondary mob.

Infernal Offering Helm: Berserker's Might
For the first minute you are in combat, you will gain 400 Power every 5 seconds. (400 x 12, peaks at +4800)
If you stay in combat for longer than one minute, you will lose 450 Power every 5 seconds, to a total loss of 4200 Power. (I assume you end combat with +600 remaining?)
Poisoned Leathers of Rage: Reckless Brutality
Whenever you deal damage to an enemy gain a stack of Reckless Brutality, increasing your Power by 1000 but increasing your damage taken by 2% for 5 seconds. (Max 5 stacks) (peaks at +5000 power)
Frenzy Mitts: Death Defier's Might
Gain 300 Power for each enemy you are engaged in battle. (Max of 15 targets) (peaks at +4500 power*)
Mighty Storm Slippers: Charged Might
When Action Points are full, your Power is increased by 5000. (
Good for wizards, assuming you don't teleport often.) oops! Yes, I confused stamina with action points, so yes, it would require you to hold off on your daily instead.*This build should see maximum increase of 19,300 power in large battles with multiple targets. Realistically closer to 12K to 15K because of swell and ebb of these powers.
