Visual Issue for Armor Enchantments and Cloak Fix

Hello Neverwinter Team!
What is happening while I am riding a mount is that my Armor Enchantment visual effects as well as my Augment Companion (rotating above my head) disappear when I am wearing normal gear and are only visible when I am wearing my fashion items. Also, why odes my Shield Disappear when mounted- as far as I know, it does not get affected by physics such that it would look awkward on my character.
This is unusual since Armor Enchantments and Augments are part of the normal gear and generally would be visible in all scenarios but for some reason are only visible when I am wearing my Fashion Items. Switching from my Fashion back to my normal gear resolves the issue temporarily, but the disappearance reoccurs after a while.
Apart from this, is it possible to disable cloak physics for shield-bearing classes so that they do not look messy- due to the current situation, pretty much all the neck items in the game are unusable by such characters.
