MOG/Gary now even more broken

Gotta love the changes to Mog and Gary after Thursday's patch. I am fine with them not showing up every 10 minutes, that is an understandable change but now it is taking anywhere from 4-8 hours to spawn the blood war and even then in 70% of the instances the damn war party doesn't even spawn.
twice today i was at the spawn point for Mog when the war hit 100% purple and after waiting 10 minutes each time the war reset with no spawn. nothing like waiting 4.5 hours between spawns to only have him spawn neither time. Thumbs up Cryptic.
