Is the 25% off any companion coupon not intended to work on the Alpha compy? It is a companion so figured it would work.

    But still a companion. Should still be applicable. Understand it's only listed as an event item, but since they don't state otherwise, could be a bug.

    Based on previous experience, they did that in purpose so that you cannot apply the better discount coupon. So, not exactly a bug. Even if it is a bug, it won't be 'fixed' in time before the offer is gone.
