Why does it always say in the log in screen to check the forums when there is maintanance and yet no patch notes or information is available?

    Usually that happens when there is nothing patched and it's just routine maintenance, but this time around we knew it was for the Summer Artisan. Since there are no patch notes, that was likely all they did.
