Is this a new mount found in PE, or is this just me?

I am trying to find out if anyone else noticed this mount in protectors enclave. I am on the summer epic flail snail, but the one I am next to looks pink/purple. Trying to figure out if new mount or my computer is messing with me. If new, where can we get it?
