Still no Summer Artisan

Good afternoon.
After the patch I was able to acquire a summer artisan on two of my characters.
The third character I tried did not receive one upon entering the workshop.
I have not tested my other 6 characters yet.
Thank you.
EDIT: So... you need to complete ALL the intro quests to professions, not just unlock the workbench...
Working now...
