Water Decanter is Bugged

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I am quite certain it does not score points in Water Fight, even if it hits at point blank range. You can't even splash anyone beyond the contest with it and get the splashed reaction the water balloon and bucket do! Long as you guys are fixing the Summer Artisan, fix this too!
