Summer festival artisan bug

Im at my workshop try and craft summer festival items to find i dont have a summer festival artesian.

I dont know how to submit a ticket its like the option has dissapeared!!

This is really annoying!! And im sure im not the only one this is happening to. I hope this gets resolved and quickly?! But how can it if i cant even submit a ticket!

A ticket isn't necessary since it is a bug that everyone under the same circumstance is experiencing, and the dev team is currently working on finding a way to resolve the issue.
