Logged in after uploading the patch.
Pack was not present in zen market.
Hard Reset xbox
Pack was still not in zen market
Went to second xbox and logged in.
Pack was not present in zen market
Hard reset
Pack was still not present
Upon discussion in party the pack was advertised to be available till the 16th and should be there. If this was falsely advertised, your own patch switch off your manual switch from the last unsuccessful patch, or anything else; either way maybe some clarification or fix is needed.
