[PS4] Companion Bonus inop, Panther

The Panther offense slot bonus (10%dmg to atwills against rooted targets) is unfortunately inop. I’ve tested multiple times and encouraged a lot of my ranger friends to test and they’ve agreed it is inop. It is best seen not working with a empty loadout with only the wood weapons. With the trapper ranger becoming a viable Ranger path, this bonus in working form may play a good part in this path of the Ranger, and I would be very happy if you guys could make it work. Please TY

    Just wondering, is the panther bonus panthers instincts Working as intended and supposed to not give 10% to at wills on rooted targets anymore?
