This still doesn't seem right. His damage is better, and his health isn't as insane, but still all attacks on my tank to him were deflected, and 0 crits. I don't have those stats 100% capped for ZC, but they should not go to 0% change after the scaling. Rest of the dungeon was just fine. So better, but not right yet. Still bugged.
