Warlock Healer

In looking through the changes to the Warlock Healer options, I no longer see a power to remove a negative condition. IIRC it used to be Warlock's Bargain, but now that does something completely different, and there's no replacement for this. Paladin and Cleric still have an encounter power that does this, but I can't find one for the Warlock. Am I missing something? If this is as designed, it makes the Warlock much less useful as a healer in certain situations. 2 that I can think of offhand are Hati in FBI and MEs. I'm sure there are others. The healing changes overall were bad enough, but removing this option is just not right.

I think cleanse is attached to the Vampiric Embrace now.
The good thing is that warlock has cleanse, the bad thing is that it requires targetable enemy and there is a cooldown on it.

Thank you both for your replies. I appreciate the help finding this. I guess I was focusing on the Paragon powers and totally missed that it had been moved to a non-Paragon power. It does suck that it requires a targetable enemy and has a cooldown now, but it's better than nothing.
