I want to be able to buy Zen with the money in my PayPal account without connecting a credit card

Arc / PW require a credit card or bank account as collateral when using PayPal to buy Zen. This means you cannot buy Zen with money you have in your PayPal account / wallet, when you don't have one connected.
This is a big deal, because in my country, we don't use credit cards. I could connect my bank account, if I'd want, but this is an inconvenient process that takes several days, because it involves international bank transfers to confirm and those take a while to come through. I can just transfer money to PayPal though, using the normal payment method in my country to do so, but at this moment I cannot use that to buy Zen.
Please, consider removing the collateral requirement in your PayPal provider's settings. I'm sure PayPal has some guarantees for you already when people pay with their PayPal credit.
