Error 31 leading to [PC}

Had error 31 after drying to load in the last patch. So then ticked off on-demand patching and then ticked on force verify. That seemed to push the mod 19 through. Went to go log on game crash incident happened. Uninstalled Arc and Neverwinter, restarted computer and now getting same game crash incident. Oh i also set on-demand patching and force verify back to default. Emailed Arc but heard they are notorious for slow or no or non helpful response. Any one have same problem and fixed it?
