Lliira's quest not completing.

On 5 different characters now, have donated the fireworks, and the quest does not complete for the daily rewards from Lliira for the 2 tokens. I get the banner for the leaderboard however, and am listed on it, and receive the one token and 2 fireworks. I have the quest in my journal before beginning to donate. It only completes after I do another round, and it completes as soon as I donate, do I don't have to wait the full ten minutes, but is still somewhat aggravating to spend an hour to complete the daily, and having it happen multiple times is kind of frustrating. Cool new mount though.
