How does Blood War work

As the title says does anyone have an authoritative explanation how it all works, or provide a link that does (I have so far found nothing useful). Currently I see a lot of people chatting in the zone where Garyx or Mogdorath is all the time, I also see people camping at a certain sport and nothing arrives. Also what are the drop rates of the valuable rings, is it worth even farming this?

Northside posted a video on youtube that explains how the 2 bosses get triggered and where they appear.
the issue is because people in live are camping on the spawn points waiting for them to appear and then kill them in 10-20 seconds, so if you are not there then you wont get a hit in.
the bosses seem to spawn 2 times, just after the meter fills to 100% and again when it resets to 0%.
as for the loot, i dont know if anything has been posted yet

Another post is complaining that only the highest damage dealer is getting the drops again.
