Rubberbanding, Wifi signal strength, host of issues since patch

The game has become almost unplayable since patch, constant rubberbanding.
Ive tried "force verify" downloaded Razor Vortex, deleted a lot of old games.... im not tech savvy, not sure what I can do.
It seems like my wifi strength goes down when I play, and back to normal when im not playing. Which is new.
reinstall? please help
