''Too Many Attempts'' error on every logout.

Ever since the mod 19 update, everytime I log out with an account, even if I try to access the same account or another one I get the message ''Too many attempts, try again later'' even when I just tried a single time, you can tell that this can be extremely frustrating. Also this doesn't happen if I stop using a US Proxy by going to the launcher, but playing without a proxy gives me too much lag.

This just started for me. Every time I log out and then try to login later, I get the message, Too many attempts. Try again later. Exiting Neverwinter and starting it over fixes the problem until the next logout, login. I would attach a picture but your program won't let me.
