Avernus ridiculous HE timers

The duration for Heroic Encounters in the new Avernus zone need to be increased to the standard 15 minutes. I've failed multiple small heroics on my paladin due the the absurd 5 minute limitation.

    I shouldn't have to beg a dps to carry me through solo content if it were competently designed.

    Heroic encounters are not designed to be solo content...

    lol heroic encounters are not solo content, you are not supposed to solo them, even though most end game people do it, HE's have a recommend number of people
