Warlock Curse Bite broken and unuseable

Since mod19 start, curse bite won't let me dragging it in the spellbar. I can't use curse bite anymore. kind of disabled. Also tooltip says it is a feat now. and no tooltip indicators whether it's curse consume or not.

It's not just Curse Bite, it is also Dreadtheft.

When you select them, the helper text notes "You may choose this feat!" indicating the game is treating these as feats and not encounter powers. They are unusable on 3 of my 4 dps loadouts, meaning the bug appears to be conditional. I am not sure why they are treated as encounter powers on 1 loadout but as feats on the other 3.

Curse Bite in particular is a popular encounter, and this breaks the rotation on most of my loadouts. The sooner this can be patched the better.

Thanks to cryptic39#8917 who pm me to try something to workaround the problem and it works for my warlock.

Stay in your Hellbringer loadout (the one which has problem to assign curse bite and dreadtheft).
Logout, login.
After that, I can assign curse bite and dreadtheft.

On the other hand, my problem may not be the same as yours. You got "you may choose this feat". I got nothing.

Ya, had some weird experience too.
I switched feats,encounters and after that i works for me.

I had similar problems awhile back for a few of my alternates, including the SW, when mod 16 hit. On all of them I could not choose certain encounter power(s) at all until I chose one of the available feats.
