Oath of protection on paladin is bugged

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
recently i log in on the preview server and i noticed that the oath of protection on paladin tank doesn't provide the 40% HP boost. i don't know if the other tank classes has this issue, i play paladin tank always and i think this problem will affect the end game dungeons, i ask a fast fix before launch it on live.

    The said in the recent patch notes for preview that this feature was broken on the Fighter Tank. However it is broken for all tanks!!
