Warlock mod19 curse bite bug

Mod19 preview server:

According to the tooltip curse bite has no curse consume synergy, so it should work with power of nine hells feat.
However Curse bite does NOT add soul investiture with power of nine hells feat. Curse bite's tooltip does not say anything about being a curse consume encounter. So technically it should spawn soul puppets and stacks?!

Please test this yourself and read tooltip. IT used to work a week ago before the next preview patching.

    I don't play this class enough to know about the bug OP is mentioning, but I do think the devs should make a free respec available for Warlocks after the M19 changes. All Consuming Curse was moved from an early game feat to almost end game availability.

    For players like me who were in the midst of leveling an HB Warlock character Cursing enemies is more difficult to do now. The value of the Curse Bite encounter is therefore significantly reduced until I can get ACC back when my toon reaches level 75.

    Both Curse bite and Dreadtheft have the same issue.
