Given the nature of the game currently and that counter stat system the game has become in 1 word ( boring) classes don't get updated much encounters are staying same for way too long and it seems that the message is not breaking through it's not about balance or adding 1% or reducing 2% on 1 encounter or another the classes are generally boring and even if you master 1 class or another it's always a 1 rotation fits all thing where 1 set of encounters is hands down the best and there is no comparing the only thing so far we are seeing for mod 19 is more nerfs and reduction in numbers overall but no real shift there is little to no room for innovation or creativity in builds and even when we do find 1 it just is always too low compared to the best in slot encounter choices not to mention that the game is currently is very RNG based and does not rely on skill as much as it should ( for the people who disagree i can't wait till u see a player with same class same encounters same everything out dpsing you simply because they crit every daily and you crit 0 ) which also brings us to the pvp/pve problem it is impossible to balance both and take care of both at the same time these must be separated make (pvp exclusive loadouts that affect only encounters in pvp giving more freedom for change in either pvp or pve without affecting the "balance of the game...") .
currently every dps knows clerics are at the top which is something that should never happen it should be situational there should be an amount of choices leading to specific results and no dps should have to just either make a dc himself ( or any top meta class) or just give up and do less effort because it is not worth it to make new class for just that purpose.
i know the developers are busy with mod 19 but if the game keeps going on like this where you value too much simplicity in building encounters (which should have choices not pick option a or a or a and if u don't like it enjoy never finding a group in higher level dungeons) if it has to come to it and you value simplicity for new players fine but please make like a hardcore special loadout that allows mixing of a large set of encounters that fit multiple play styles sure balance is fine but it's not fun when it becomes this strict for example when building cosmetics for a character
you can pick many different options depending on taste and add colors and all results could be good or bad depending on the taste of the person looking at it) and right now in terms of building encounters and rotation for most classes it is pick between these 2 colors but remember color 1 gets you wins and color 2 gets you kicked from party XD.
please even if it is 1 month or 2 after the mod 19 release this situation is unbearable and i won't talk about others but i am considering quitting the game at least until some change happens .
