Warlock healer asnimation troublesaffecting some category of players

appears like new mod 19 warlock healer's soul sparks animation have too bright blinking effects making unable to focus & causing problems on weaker pc's.
& also to some typo of mentally-damaged player base. soul sparks we have in mod 18 dont causing such problems because dont creating such a whirl of light flashes effects.
Sorry its abits alots late- just aint knew about that early enough (not maining warlock myself & have medium laptop). just knew about this kind of issue not long ago.
