Insurgancy Drop rate still Bugged?

as the name says imo its same bug that affected the stardock achievement for doing the main quest because im sorry if you have to run 2 3 400 insurgency to get a rod because of RNG since the drop rate even after the "fix" and that being the second biggest piece to get that is gonna drive people away i mean not saying it should be a guaranteed drop like tyrant scale got changed to after so long, but having in game titles for insurgency should play into the drop chance because im sorry 0.0000000000001% is BS
