ESSENCE OF DOOM (DOOM WATCHER BOSS)

Within the dialogue box when you speak to the ethereal shade, there is mention of "Doom" along with "Despair", "Longing", "Regret", and "Sorrow"... There seems to have never been any other mention or content related to this mention. One would assume that if this boss existed, that there would be a drop similar to the other essences that would be titled "essence of doom".. Is this a text error in the dialogue or does this boss exist and is able to be summoned? Does essence of doom exist, perhaps requiring a pre-req of sorts (perhaps the full restoration of the lomm armor set?)... Has anyone seen such an essence? or have any idea what the Doom boss is all about??

I've seen the longing, despair, sorrow and regret essences but never an essence of doom.

Perhaps it's an Easter egg?
