The two-level platform at 3343,1375 is missing a wall part on the west side. You can go in under the structure.

Thank you for you report! We had to ship in a new wall from Dis, but it's been fixed in an internal build and will be available soon.

there were also walls missing in neverdeath and the chasm (cathedral of madness), and those are the ones that come to mind right now

also in the intro quest during the sleeping bridge part sometimes the first group of zombies that spawn will have nasher voices/lines
