Zen Purchase Screen in Menu shows "No Items Found"

Zen cannot be purchased in game via the Zen Market menu. Many on Xbox and within the NWN Community are reporting the same issue. The purchase window appears blank with only the message 'No items found'.
Hard reset and power cycle of console does not solve.
Zen can still be purchased from the Microsoft Store for those that need a workaround.
