Missing texture/vfx?

Today's patch broke something with the Infernal Forge weapon. They used to have a cool flame-like visual effect (even despite the issue that they were oriented wrong)., but after the patch the effect is gone, and I just see a fuzzy blue square instead.

Also, the weapons are still invisible in the apperance-change selection screen.
