Tokens from final boss of TIC

What am i doing wrong??? Of all the many times i have beat the final boss of TIC I have never seen one token drop or looted one. I know you can only loot once from each boss per weak on a toon. I never even see any drop. I already have the other pieces of lion guard gear. Am i just missing something. Like does the tokens drop underneath the hell fire engine and you have to wait for it to vanish beffor you can see loot??
