Ravenloft chest glitch glitch

Finally, after months of trying to get the epic ravenloft dungeon completed, I can’t open either chest, my teammates can’t initiate a trade with me, and I can’t leave via the portal or travel sign post with vip.
What pisses me off more, is that I’ll never get the loot from those chests thanks to the bug that was never fixed.
