Get a message on screen as I log on without any action on my part and I can refine once again.

[21:52] [System Notify] You refined 100,000 Astral Diamonds

Not sure if intentional.
Can't say for sure if I actually refine twice, but can check tomorrow again.

EDIT:
Quasar is correct, I could only refine AD once today.

You did not refine your RAD before day reset, so upon login its auto refined then you can still refine RAD for the current day
