Unusable drops from the Ornate Box of Vallenhas treasures

Observed behaviour: Players receive unusable, unsellable, character bound items. Getting something like that for 5000 AD feels like a slap in the face.

Expected behaviour: The items should be account bound, so they could be used by alts.

I found a second issue with those boxes:

The colors of the rings listed in the list are incorrect. You do get IL 980 rings most of the time, like

However, those are epic quality (purple), not rare quality (blue) This inconsistency should be fixed one way or another.

And yes, one more thing about the boxes.....the IL 990 rings

I am not sure if this is a bug or intended, but those IL 990 rings are single-slotted, not double slotted like other IL 990 rings, which is a bit confusing, and also - unless I am mistaken, the IL 990 rings from the boxes do not appear on any collection pages. Also, is it intentional that there is no variation in the powers? They all give just a bonus to Daily attacks.

:With a single slot and no bonuses, maybe the quality of all the box rings should be downgraded? I mean, nobody is ever going to use any of the rings from the box...people will go for double-slotted rings instead. all those rings are just refinement fodder.

Maybe single-slotted rings should have an IL 5 points lower than double-slotted rings with the same stats - that would reduce the confusion.
