Are Devs aware that the Insurgencies are broken??

Don't see anything on the Forum here about the broken Insurgencies. Most instances don't populate, takes 3 hours to bring about Bel...are they aware?

This needs looking into but I do not want to see it go back to where insurgencies last 2-3 minutes either. They have ended that fast and that makes it hard to get the 20% you need everyday
