How do i fix a bug in my neverwinter workshop?

Cant cancel my black ink order, because its telling me my item bag is full. Yet its allowing me to cancel other orders. My bag IS NOT full.
Please help. I can't get my Leg Alembic back. Ps4 Neverwinter

Both your Inventory AND Materials Satchel under Professions are not full?

YES, NOT FULL. ITS LETTING ME CANCEL OTHER JOBS. JUST NOT THE BLACK INK JOB.

Just to make sure, you did check the professional item tab (the tab with a hammer and screwdriver; not the regular inventory).
If the professional materials satchel (a fixed size) is full, certain jobs can be cancelled when the material returns of those job can be stacked to the items in the material satchel.
In your case, the material returns by the black ink job may not occupy a spot in material satchel already.
If you do double check material satchel is not full, what I said above is moot.

At The Artisans counter, the exact words are "your profession resources bag is full".
I'm not new to the workshop. I'm making masterwork items.
My materials satchel has 2 open spots.
My toolbox has over 100 spots.
