The Redeemed Citadel?

I saw this location mentioned in the collections page but for the life of me I cannot figure out where it is. Did they accidently put a location for a future expansion beyond M19? Maybe a dungeon coming M19 they didn't tell us about? Aliens hacked the server and put content in we will never see? I am probably wrong and just too derpy to find it,but some confirmation either way would be appreciated.

    It's for future content, whether it will be part of M20 or episodic content for M19...who knows.

    It's mod 19. The citadel is in the map of mod19 currently on preview.

    The only area of the map I can find is called the Bleeding Citadel, is that what you are thinking of?
