Also after doing bel hard mode atleast 2-3 dozen times and getting a +1 ring about once every 10 runs and nothing else is ridiculous

Tried hard mode once - total failure, but if it is doable with the right group and a bit of luck, then the rewards should be appropriate....like a 10% chance of a +5 ring.
