Glyphworks Energy Absorbed in BeL Insurgencies: Is it working as it should?

Hi, So I am doing my insurgencies happily dispensing with BeLs minions and I see my dark glyphworks meter telling me my amulet is 30% charged, insurgency ends and I look at the energy absorbed reported by the quest and it says 5%! Is this broken or is their some wonderful weirdness as to how it works?
