Adamantine amulet disappeared, whole Bel episode unplayable

I got up very early today and couldn't get back to sleep, so I logged in to play this new content after the patch had finished downloading while I slept. I absorbed some dark glyphworks energy, went to the insurgency and found a bunch of bored, confused players hanging around wondering when they'd have something to do. Having better things to do myself, I decided to try it later and logged off. After work I came back on and found - hey! No amulet, no way to absorb glyphworks energy or travel to insurgencies.

Seriously, have you guys even considered actually testing new content before you release it?
