Can't use Race reroll token

Bought the charity pack, but i can't use the race reroll, just says that i do not own one. Anyone know what the problem might be?
Everything else from the charity pack is working, part from the reroll.

Is it in your inventory ? You have to open it iirc. It may also be at rewards claim . Sorry can’t be any better help
